Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through:
- Our main site at https://nonvoipzone.com
- Our customer platform at https://nonvoipzone.com/app
Collectively referred to as the “Site” or “Platform.” By purchasing credits or using phone number rental services from NonVoIPZone, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
No Cash Refunds on Purchases
Credit top-ups and purchases made on NonVoIPZone are generally final and non-refundable as cash. Due to the nature of our service — temporary rental of non-VoIP phone numbers — we do not offer cash refunds for:
- Incorrect service or country selections by the user
- Failure to complete verification on a third-party platform
- Change of mind or unused credits
- Issues caused by user error
Automatic Credit for Non-Functional Numbers
If an eligible short-term number does not receive any SMS during the rental / session window, our system is designed to cancel the order and return or not charge the related credits where applicable. This protects you when a number fails to deliver a code.
When credit is not returned:
- If at least one SMS is received, credit is not returned — even if the code was not useful for your purpose
- If the session window has expired after SMS delivery opportunity has passed under our system rules
Credit Top-Ups
Payments for wallet top-ups (crypto or card/bank) add credits to your account. Unused credits remain in your wallet for future verifications. We do not normally reverse completed top-ups back to the original payment method.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Cryptocurrency (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and other assets supported at checkout)
- Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer where available through our card payment provider
Cryptocurrency transactions are typically irreversible. Chargebacks or payment disputes on card payments may result in account review or suspension.
Abuse of Refund or Credit Requests
Repeated, false, or abusive refund/store-credit requests may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Restriction of access to the Platform
- Disqualification from automatic credit returns
